Samborsky Three Peats Pete Samborsky scored a 69 in route to catching Jeff Scohy who had an even Par 72 in the final round of the 2008 MVGA Metropolitan Championship. They both ended 72 Holes at 9 under par 279. This forced a 3 hole aggregate score playoff on #10, 11 and 18. Jeff Scohy, Birdied 10, Pete Samborsky, Birdied 11, Samborsky then knocked in a 12 footer for birdie on the final playoff hole forcing Jeff Scohy to make his birdie putt. When Jeff's putt missed, Pete Samborsky won his 3rd Metropolitan in a row and the 4th of his career....
